National Geographic was one client that pushed Ed's creative skills to the limit. The project was entitled "Discovering Britain and Ireland." Using nine projectors, it showcased the magazine's photographers and their experiences photographing in the British Isles for the production of a new book. This sound track was recorded using a 16 track system. The audio in this opening section is phase shifted for dramatic effect and must be played back in stereo. The show is essentially a marketing tools, developed to attract potential advertisers. However, it has educational, entertainment and creative value as well.
